Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute at the University of Texas at Austin | Student Board President

Sydney Key is a UT Austin junior studying business management information systems, with a minor in
economics and entrepreneurship. She leads more than 70 members as the president of the Kendra Scott
Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (KS WELI) Student Board. Through her work empowering women to lead, Key supports KS WELI’s mission to strengthen the next generation of courageous, creative women leaders who will change the world in business – and beyond She is also the LeadHERship Intern for KS WELI, supporting coursework in the newly launched Women in Entrepreneurship Specialization in the McCombs School of Business’ entrepreneurship minor and facilitating KS WELI’s global efforts to “encourage the world to follow.” A dedicated scholar, Key excels academically, aiming to merge business and technology for impactful change. Her commitment to education and supporting women leaders highlights her determination to make a lasting impact across UT’s Forty Acres.
