We’ll go over the main styles of cheeses and have fun pairing them with scratch items made here in the restaurant (they’ll be some sweet, savory, and also some basic options you probably have at home). We’ll discuss how to build an epic cheese board at home, and you’ll leave with a written sheet with all the basics. We’ll of course be eating lots of cheese, drinking plenty of wine, and we’ll have our house-made bread and butter as well for snacking. Expect to leave full, but maybe with a little extra room for a light dinner later in the evening. Must be 21+.
