The purpose of the event is to foster inner and outer connection — within yourself and with others. CBD integrated into a wellness lifestyle can do wonders for the mind, body and soul. That’s why we talk about all the nitty gritty information about CBD and how it can benefit your yoga practice.Each person will get to sample some CBD while we chat and discuss. After we connect deeper by doing partner/group flows to warm-up and create synergy, I (or guest teachers) will lead a slow, grounding yoga flow.
