The purpose of CBD Yoga classes is to bring together community and help them connect, become and discovery themselves. Through an intimate information session about CBD and taking some samples, we get to feel the effects on-site during NamastayMe’s signature self-discovery flow. This month’s signature CBD Yoga Co. event is sponsored by local & woman-owned business, Joy Organics. There will be a live dj as well as FOOD, SNACKS, and yummy drinks to quench your thirst after yoga. This will be the biggest event yet with over 50 spots!
