The #MeToo movement is changing the way women and people in general look at gender relationships in the workplace, and now the sports arena. After it was recognized that dozens of female athletes were sexually abused by Larry Nassar, former doctor for the USA gymnastics team and physician at Michigan State University, the focus of the #MeToo movement shed light that female athletes are particularly vulnerable to abuse.

In this panel, three former elite athletes, Eva Rodansky, Katherine Starr and Jessica Armstrong, join CSCM affiliates Jill Yesko, Jessica Luther and Dr. Mary Bock for a frank discussion on the complex power dynamics and potential for abuse among (female) athletes and their (male) coaches.
