VACCINATION VERIFICATION
You may be asked to present proof of vaccination during check-in at the anniversary event. Acceptable proof of vaccination must be in the form of the original vaccination document issued by the country’s health authority that administered the vaccination (i.e., U.S. CDC’s Vaccination Record Card).
Please take a few moments to confirm that the name and birth date on the vaccination record match your ID and show that you are fully vaccinated (this means the final dose of the vaccine was administered at least 14 days prior to the event).*
No photocopies or pictures of the document will be accepted.
TESTING REQUIREMENTS FOR UNVACCINATED GUESTS
If you have been pre-approved for a vaccine exemption, you must show the negative results of a PCR COVID-19 test, taken within 72 hours prior to the event.
Children under two years of age will not be required to undergo testing.
Acceptable proof of PCR COVID-19 testing to ensure authenticity of results are laboratory test record, digital certificate or healthcare record.
The results must show first and last name, date of birth, type of test, date and time the sample was taken, result stated as “NEGATIVE” or “NOT DETECTED,” and details for the laboratory or testing site and/or healthcare provider. If there is doubt as to the authenticity or validity of the test, and the healthcare provider is not able to be contacted to verify the test, entry may be denied.
REFUNDS
Guests who are unable to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test may not be allowed entry. Refunds will not be available for guests who are unable to comply with safety protocols.
