AUSTIN – On May 12, 2022, Austin Woman magazine will host the seventh annual Woman’s

Way Business Awards at Austin Marriott Downtown (304 E. Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, TX

78701). Since 2016, the Woman’s Way Business Awards have been highlighting inspiring

women in Austin’s business landscape across 10 categories. Categories include Health and

Wellness, Professional Services, STEM, Social Impact, Product Innovation, Maker, Beverage

and Culinary Arts, Rising Star, Business to Watch Over/Under $3 million and I Am Austin

Woman. To date, the Woman’s Way Business Awards are Austin’s only awards exclusively for

women-owned and -led businesses.

“Our mission at Austin Woman is to support women. In 2021, we saw women take the stage

leading through chaos with a motivating vision that’s inclusive, collaborative and lucrative. In

2022, we are all looking toward these inspiring leaders and innovative models to build an even

better new normal,” said Austin Woman magazine Founder Melinda Garvey. “The women who

apply and who win this year have accomplished amazing milestones, and we can’t wait to

celebrate and support them.”
