WHO: AVANCE-Austin

WHAT: Special dance performance by JWSD Studio, a reading of the iconic book Rosita y Conchita, and a performance by DJ Kickit alongside dancing for the whole family. Throughout the night, we will also have tacos y agua frescas from Sarita’s Tacos and face painting, paper making workshops, skull mask decorating, and a marigold making workshop.

WHY: The goal of the event is to celebrate Hispanic culture and support AVANCE-Austin programming through ticket sales, raffles, and donations. This event will include opportunities to learn about this beautiful tradition and invest in our educational programming.
