When Tarsha McCormick joined at the beginning of 2021, she brought a new depth of thinking and planning to mature the WP Engine DEI strategy. Ezinne Udezue’s focus on the future of the company will help ensure that the culture thrives as it expands the business and grows product offerings. Today 35% of managers are women/nonbinary and 42% are in technical roles. And they’re just getting started.
