Throughout her life, Michael Manning has pursued being an engaging, empathetic and results-driven leader. Upon graduating with a degree in culinary arts and business management, she and her family planted their roots in Austin in 2006. She currently serves as president of Rocksauce Studios, an innovative design and development agency. In 2012, Manning started out as a marketing associate and earned significant awareness, revenue and culture development for the team at Rocksauce. In 2017, she was named president to take the company to the next level of growth, projects and clientele. She was recently named a finalist in the 2018 Austin Under 40 Awards and a nominee for the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power. In addition to her career at Rocksauce, she volunteers for Bake A Wish Austin and Court Appointed Special Advocates of Travis County. She and her husband have two sons and two corgis.
