Kristi Kirk, Ph.D., serves as the 10th president and CEO of Concordia University Texas, making history as the first woman to lead the nearly century-old institution. A proud alumna of Concordia Texas, Kirk brings over 30 years of experience in higher education, championing initiatives that widen access to Christ-centered learning for students of all backgrounds. Her leadership is rooted in empowering students to lead lives of critical thought, compassionate action and courageous leadership. Deeply committed to the Concordia Texas mission, Kirk has strengthened community partnerships and supported innovative programs that enhance the student experience. She and her husband, Daniel, are proud parents to six children and are dedicated foster parents, reflecting their shared commitment to faith, family and service.
