Say it: This weekend, Maggie Rogers played back-to-back shows at The Moody Theater to close her Heard It in a Past Life tour. Saturday night, a heckler yelled at the musician to take her top off, prompting her to end the set early and call him out on social media. “I want to use this moment to be very very clear,” she wrote. “There is no space for harassment or disrespect or degradation of any kind at my show.” Her message went viral, with celebrities, fans and fellow female musicians coming to her support online. She ended the tour Sunday night on a more celebratory note, bringing on stage an Eritrean musician she met at Casa Marianella who recently was granted asylum to live in Austin.

Groundbreaking: Last week, the Pease Park Conservancy broke ground on its 10-acre revitalization of Pease Park. So far, the Conservancy has raised more than $13 million and is asking the city of Austin for help in reaching its $15-million goal. The project will bring a new play area, a renovated basketball court and a treehouse to the beloved Austin park.

You look good: The much-anticipated Glossier pop-up is opening this Wednesday on South Congress. The pop-up will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will stay in Austin through Dec. 8. Limited-edition mugs will be available plus all of the brand’s makeup and skincare products. This is the makeup brand’s fourth 2019 popup, following Miami, Seattle and Boston.

Fresh off the press: Thai Fresh Owner Jam Sanitchat is fundraising for her first cookbook. The book will include 75 Thai recipes with accompanying stories. If you’ve ever wanted the secret to her famous coconut-milk ice cream, this is your chance.

Tanti auguri: This month, Italian restaurant Andiamo celebrates 15 years in Austin, a significant feat in a city with an increasingly unstable restaurant scene. Owner Daniela Marcone marked the occasion with a five-course dinner.
