Our proprietary Flexologist training program is an intensive and thorough series that each of our Flexologists must complete prior to joining StretchLab. During their required 60-70+ hours of theory and hands-on training, our Flexologists learn the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches and how to work with a diverse range of clients of all ages and body types.

Nathan, Flexologist
“I’m Nathan, a San Antonio native who graduated with my Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Southwestern University while being a student athletic trainer for three years. I received my Master of Science with Distinction in kinesiology from the University of the Incarnate Word, where I served as a graduate assistant and as head coach of the lacrosse team. Also, I received the Outstanding Research in Kinesiology award from both universities. I have a passion for fitness and have been a certified personal trainer for three years. I enjoy everything outdoors: hiking, backpacking and camping. I love the customization of stretch routines that we offer at StretchLab, and I take pride in helping our members reach their goals.”

Amanda, Flexologist
“I’m Amanda, a registered yoga teacher specializing in Hatha Vinyasa, meditation, movement and anatomy. My goal is to help others establish their mind-body connection by lessening the stressors of their daily lives and by introducing mobility and movement in their daily routines. When I’m not helping others, you can find me outside. My happy place is at the beach or in the desert! I love that StretchLab allows me to work with some truly amazing people, both co-workers and members! StretchLab is a place focused on helping people feel their best, and I love that I get to be an integral part of that. I was recently promoted to studio assistant manager at Westlake.
