Following will be a 5 course plated dinner each with its own wine pairing that refresh & delight for this (hot) season, Summer! We will discuss the evolution of grapes grown across Texas and explore the relationship with wine & food utilizing local ingredients. Hillside Farmacy is closing its doors to the public Wednesday July 24th 2019 to offer you an exclusive evening of discovery with wild game, locally grown foods carefully paired with the new frontier of Texas wines.
