About the Podcast

The Real Capitalist Podcast is a weekly show featuring a Female Founder or Venture Capitalist. We are building a community building strong female icons in the startup ecosystem. The show was started in Fall of 2018 and has featured over 40 women in the start-up ecosystem all over the world!

Storytellers

Courteney Real, is the host of The Real Capitalist Podcast and the Founder of RiseHER. She completed her undergraduate degrees in Finance, Entrepreneurship and International Business Management at Arizona State University. Courteney has a vast experience working within the Startup Ecosystem and is passionate about seeing more females represented within the community. She has done everything from being an early-stage entrepreneur to launching co-working spaces, with experience in seed-stage venture capital and accelerators.
