Paper + Craft Pantry: Candle Pouring All Things Lavender

Join us in our studio for a fun candle pouring class taught by local candle makers Audrey and Zaid from 7th Street Candle Co!
During this two hour, hands-on workshop, you will learn how to pour your very own candles using quality ingredients you’ll be proud of burning. They’ll teach you all the techniques on candle making, and give you a special inside look in operating a small business.
The focus on this class is ~ l a v e n d e r ~
Smells are closely linked to our emotions and memories. You can use what you learn about aromatherapy in this class to enhance a huge aspect of your daily environment. Using these tips, you will add various high and low notes to personalize your lavender candles. In this workshop, you will pour three candles to keep!
You’ll take home a tea light for meditation, a 4 oz candle convenient for travel, and an 8 oz candle to fill larger spaces.
All materials for the workshop will be provided including a variety of essential oils, soy wax, cotton wicks, hot plates + candle pourers, thermometers, and labels + drawing materials.
*Note that your candle tins may need to stay overnight in our studio to cure- you will be able to pick them up the following day or anytime during the following week!
