Slow Flow & Meditation with Blair Hunter
Slow flow is slower than a traditional vinyasa class. Emphasis is on breath and exploring what the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies need in the present moment. Guided manifestation meditation at the end of class. /Great for all levels. – Bring yoga mat. 🙂
NaMasque is a carefully curated self care offering combining two powerful rituals: Yoga + Skin Care. After class, warm towels are provided to remove the mask followed by a seasonal hydration spray and oil. Namasque classes are designed to restore the body, mind, and skin promoting a healthy glow from the inside out!
