A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success, and described in more detail in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich.

She Works Austin Mastermind Buzz Sessions are a round table format where everyone in the group shares, but one woman at each session is the “Queen Bee.” The Queen Bee will introduce herself, and her current business challenges, personal challenges or business idea and get advice, suggestions and real solutions to help get her through her challenges. The group will keep each other accountable to their goals and build lasting relationships.
