Are you ready for some fresh air and a heaping helping of fun while exercising? Join us for the fourth annual Dripping Springs Race to Brunch 5K at Caliterra on Saturday, May 7 from 8 a.m. to noon.
Best of all, you’ll be rewarded at the finish line with a delicious cocktail brunch (for those 21 and over) compliments of our partners at Treat Oak Distillery. The cocktail will be served in a signature event champagne flute thanks to our partners at Drees Custom Homes.
About the 5k Race at Caliterra
The 5k run takes you on the scenic trails of Caliterra with views of Onion Creek. Everyone who registers will receive an awesome finisher’s medal, event T-shirt, swag, the finish-line brunch treat and an entry to win an Apple Watch Nike SE. For an added bonus, the race is chip-timed, so those who love to compete and want are aiming for a personal record (PR), will be able to find out their times.
If your goal is to achieve a PR, head over to Anytime Fitness. You can train there and get your legs ready to conquer “The Hill.” Anytime Fitness will also be at the race to get you warmed up to ensure a safe walk, jog and run.
We’ll give out awards and cash prizes for first through third place for overall male and female winners as well as first place winner in the stroller category. Packet pick-up is at The Hall in Caliterra (505 Wynnpage, Dripping Springs, TX 78620) on Friday, May 6 from 4 to 6:30 pm.

Post-race Entertainment
The event features local artisans and a complimentary open-air photo booth thanks to our friends at Scott Felder Homes. We’ll also have food trucks, local artisans and vendors. Don’t forget, there’ll be brunch and cocktails provided by Treaty Oak Distillery at the finish line. If you are a fan of Bloody Marys, Bloody Buddy will be onsite with tastings. Did we say brunch and cocktails? Just making sure.
By the way, you don’t have to race to enjoy the festivities. Soap Boxers, an Americana/roots rock band with a twist of folk, pop, and blues, will provide live music starting at 10 a.m.
